As a luxury dog spa, we offer a personal and private consultation prior to your dog groom or cat groom. Here we will ask about your grooming preferences and carry out a full assessment on the condition of their fur/ coat as well as a general health check. 

Every dog is different and this is why before dog grooming or cat grooming, we like to spend the first 5 minutes building a relationship to make them feel comfortable. In this time we take them to the dog spa or cat salon where we offer them treats, water and have a little play with our toys. This is where our dog groomers or cat groomers can learn quickly about boundaries they may have, uncomfortable areas or trigger sounds that they may be sensitive to.

Once in the dog bath or cat bath, we start off with a cleaning wash where we focus on removing all dirt and debris from the coat. We only use the best products and aim always for a relaxing & luxury dog grooming or cat spa experience.  All our products for our dog spa are vegan, free from harsh chemicals such as alcohol, parabens, soap and dyes. Our shampoos, conditioners and facials are all Leaping Bunny certified by Cruelty Free. Our cat grooming products are not the same as our dog grooming products. We use specific shampoos for our cat grooming,

In the second wash we focus on getting all the goodness of the shampoo massaged deeply into your dog's skin. A part of the dog spa experience & cat spa, we offer complimentary massages. The massage teaches your pet to feel safe in our hands, valued and welcomed. A silent communication of trust happens here, where a deeper level of understanding  and bonding is created between groomer & pet.

After the dog bath or cat wash is the warm blow dry. We know some pets may not be a fan of the dryer so we always assess their behaviour towards the dryers and adapt to them. Breaks in between are also provided as well as water pauses to keep them hydrated. 

All our dog groomers and cat groomers are City and Guild qualified with years of experience which is why we are confident to style your pet in the way that you'd like. With a relaxed and calm approach our pet groomers are able to carry out your requests.
